DESIGN

We can assist you at the early stage of your designing process, in terms of constructing with steel frame. We work with engineers who are very experienced in light steel framing.

BUILD

If you are a builder or developer, we are happy to work with you on the part of your project, including erecting the steel frame and get necessary certificates.

Project

We offer project management service from getting a resource consent to construct the project within agreed timeframe, and deliver on budget.

Initial COntact

We will book a no-obligation meeting to understand your brief requirement and ideas.

Budgeting

The architect to lodge the plan with Council, we will started on the price quotation.

CONSTRUCTION

We start to build your dream home or project, and you will be updated at every stage.

Meeting

We sit down and discuss details of your requirement, and the scope of project.

Project Plan

We will finalised the timeline and budget once the design is finalised.

Completion

The construction is completed, the final payment is made, and keys are handed over,

Design

We meet with the architect of your choice, initial concept plan will be designed.

Contract

We will go through the paperwork and sign the building contract.

Follow Up

We will follow up with you in case there is any minor issues that we can fix.
